  We were on a tight schedule on our road trip and Darlene was so calming and reassuring, with a great sense of humour. We finally got the tire replaced around 10:30 in the evening by torchlight.

  My boyfriend, his friend and myself just stumbled across this place in the summer of 2016 and it was one of the gems of our trip. We had been turned away at Killarney park after driving 6-8 hours from the Windsor/London area and were desperate to find a place to pitch our tent before dark that night. The owners were absolutely fantastic and super helpful. It made the ending to a stressful day so much better. The campsite was nice and dry despite having rained, we loved that there were showers available and the waterfront was gorgeous. We will definitely be back the next time we head further North again. I truly can't say enough good things about this place, we absolutely loved our short stay here and highly recommend it!

  When we arrived at Sportsman’s Park, Darlene and Michel were very warm and welcoming.

  We soon discovered that our RV had a flat tire and Darlene was so helpful in organising someone to come and replace it. She assisted well in to the evening, relaying messages from the breakdown and tire companies so we could relax and enjoy the lake and the amazing sunset.

  My parents have a trailer here. Nice place but it's not private. Has access to some nearby cliff jumping.
